Do I really need a real estate attorney? 

We hear this all the time - especially because many states do not use a real estate attorney for a residential purchase  - Talk about attorney review provisions, getting all agreements in writing, checking for appropriate tax credits, understanding what is reasonable to ask for with respect to repairs? Cold feet, unspection revealed too much, worried about the HOA
